It's a bedtime tradition that began with Little Nutbrown Hare, and each night we try to outdo the last...I love you to the moon and back...to the beach and back...to the mountians...and one of my favorites, "to Jesus and the angels" and back...We never imagined we would be saying, I love you to Africa and back...it seems like the furthest imaginable place, but yet in God's perfect timing, we plan to go.... to Africa and back!!! And when we get back, we will have another little cheek to kiss goodnight...please keep us in your prayers and enjoy this journey with us!

Happy 2nd Birthday Emmaline!

Wow... where has two years gone! It's hard to believe but yes Emmaline is definitely TWO! Here are some snapshots of her 2nd birthday...
We started out the day with a "birthday princess" balloon and one of her favorites, waffles!
A breakfast time family photo (I'm pretty sure this was taken somewhere around 7 am...)
Birthday Party! We celebrated outside with a "Monkey Party"... cake and ice cream, presents, swinging, toys, a campfire and a hayride!

She never did eat her cake but loved the ice cream!

Mmmmmm...

We got a lot of other cute pictures but they are on mom's camera and I don't have them yet, I'll share them when I can. Hope everyone is doing well!

Trick or Treat!











Here are halloween pics...Emmaline was such a sweet Butterfly Princess and just loved dressing up and trick-or-treating with her friends! Here are some of my favorite pictures from the day... (I know we've had a birthday since then, I'll get those up as soon as I can!) Enjoy!
